Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema told over 10 000 of his followers in Polokwane/Petersburg on Saturday to help themselves to whatever they want in white owned farms.
“Where you see fresh fruits and vegetable, pick some, it belongs to you too. They took the land for free and use it to make billions and give you nothing. Said Malema.
The crowd was cheering in excitement, enthusiasm and agreement.
“We all know that the Dutch gangsters arrived here and took our land by force. The struggle has since been about the return of the land into the hands of rightful owners and while we are at it, might as well start eating for free from our land.”
He said the ANC had sold out when it negotiated a new Constitution in the early 1990s. The ANC in limpopo had warned residents through the local radio station not to fall for the madness because trespassing is a crime and there are consequences to crime.
